14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Merchant Pro or Agency, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate partial months.
Renewal charges (after your first 14 days) are non-refundable, but you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email support@getmerchantaudit.com with:
- Your account email
- The Paddle transaction ID from your purchase receipt (sent to your inbox after checkout)
- A brief reason (optional but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptional cases
If your subscription was charged due to a fault on our side (duplicate charge, billing error, prolonged service outage), we'll refund the affected period regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us and we'll make it right.
